Refund Policy

At Noven AI, we aim to provide a high-quality service experience. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds Users may request a refund within three days of purchase, provided their total AI conversation count has not exceeded ten interactions. Refunds are not granted if these conditions are not met.

  2. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, users must contact info@novenai.com with their account details, purchase information, and reason for the request. Requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe.

  3. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  4. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods, change of mind, exceeding the allowed conversation limit, or violations of our Terms & Conditions. Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  5. Changes to the Refund Policy We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. If changes are made, users will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
